The 2090-U3BC-D4401 breakout board cable is a breakout board cable assembly kit for the Allen-Bradley Ultra3000 servo drives. This cable provides a connection between the panel-mounted breakout board on the Ultra 3000 drives (with the CN1 connector) or the Kinetix 2000 drives (with the IOD/AF connector) for control interface connections and the servo motors. The 2090-U3BC-D4401 cable comes as a user-supplied cable assembly comprising a 1-meter (3.2-foot) long cable, a 44-pin connector, and mounting hardware. It has a 44-pin high-density D-shell connector for the Ultra 3000 CN1 I/O interface connector, and it also has a maximum cable temperature rating of 90 degrees Celsius (194 degrees Fahrenheit). The  2090-U3BC-D4401 cable also has a 100% aluminum foil shield cover (with an 85% braid overshield) and a jacket material made of Thermoplastic Elastomer (TE).

The Allen-Bradley 2090-U3BC-D4401 cable’s 44-pin D-shell connector has 44 pin-out points labelled from 1 to 44 for Ultra 3000 CN1 control interface connection, and this cable connector does not carry the CN1 Pins 10 to 15 unbuffered motor encoder signals. The 1-meter 2090-U3BC-D4401 cable also has a minimum bend radius of 109 millimeters (4.3 inches). The 2090-U3BC-D4401 cable has a 44-pin D-shell connector on both ends of the cable, with a linear (straight) shaped connector on one end of the cable and a 45-degree bent connector on the other end. The 2090-U3BC-D4401 cable has approximate connector dimensions of 83.4 x 70.2 x 19.1 millimeters (3.3 x 2.8 x 0.8 inches) on the straight connector and connector dimensions of 59.1 x 55.5 x 19.1 millimeters (2.3 x 2.2 x 0.8 inches) for the bent connector.
