The Allen-Bradley 2090-UXLF-HV350 2090 Series AC line filter is a 3-phase AC line filter that is used with the Allen-Bradley servo drive system for protection from external transient and voltage spikes. The 2090-UXLF-HV350 AC line filter is compatible with the Allen-Bradley Ultra 3000 Series 460 Volts AC rated 2098-DSD-150 drive, and it is supplied as a factory-packaged unit consisting of an AC line filter, a 30-meter long connection cable, and mounting hardware. The 2098-DSD-150 AC line filter has a 3-phase voltage rating of 500 Volts AC (at 50/60 Hertz line frequency) and it is suitable for applications with a 500 to 520 Volts AC voltage range. It has a maximum current rating of 50 Amps at 50 degrees Celsius (122 degrees Fahrenheit), 500 Volts AC input voltage, with 35 milliAmps of maximum leakage current and a maximum power loss rating of 25 Watts.
The Allen-Bradley 2098-DSD-150 line filter has 3-phase line and load side terminals that can be connected to the AC mains and the servo drive input. The 2098-DSD-150 AC line filter can be installed within the control panel, by first determining the proper mounting location for the AC line filter and then by mounting it within the control panel by using the supplied mounting hardware. Connect the fused line AC mains L1, L2, and L3 to the line terminals of the 2098-DSD-150 AC line filter, and the load terminals L1, L2, and L3 to the servo drive’s AC input power terminals.
