The Allen Bradley 2090-XXNFMP-S05 motor feedback extension cable is engineered for reliable connection and signal transmission in industrial settings. Spanning 5 meters (16.4 feet), the cable is focused on feedback, facilitating the transfer of encoder and resolver signals. It does not offer flex capabilities, making it optimal for static installations.

This extension cable enhances the usage of existing cables, specifically extending models such as the 2090-UXNFBMP-Sxx and 2090-XXNFBMP-Sxx. Each end of the cable connects with SpeedTec DIN Circular connectors—male on the drive side and female on the motor side—ensuring a secure and straightforward quarter-turn coupling mechanism.

Designed with IP67 environmental protection, the cable is capable of withstanding dust and moisture, which is vital in challenging industrial environments. Power lines within the cable utilize 16 AWG gauge wire, suitable for 5V or 9V encoder power, while signal pairs are constructed with 26 AWG wire featuring twisted pairs to reduce electromagnetic interference.

The cable is shielded with a high-coverage braid combined with foil, enhancing protection against external noise. Constructed from industrial-grade thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), it comes in orange or black jacket options, providing durability necessary for long-term usage in demanding applications.
