The Allen-Bradley Bulletin 500 500-GOC930 contactor is a contactor with an open enclosure which is available in NEMA size 6. The coil on the contactor has a 550 to 600 Volts AC rating at 50 to 60 Hertz. The 500-GOC930 contactor has 3 power poles and a normally-open auxiliary contact. Contactors belonging to Bulletin 500 product range are designed to be wired at the top to facilitate the wiring process. NEMA size 6 contactors like the 500-GOC930 contactor are only available as factory-assembled units while some of the other sizes can be ordered as components or as modular kits. The current rating of the 500-GOC930 contactor is 540 Amps. The contactor can be used with motors of different power ratings depending on the motor voltage rating. At 200 Volts AC, the motor voltage the contactor can be used with a motor rated for a maximum of 150 Horsepower.

At 230 Volts AC motor voltage, the contactor Allen-Bradley Bulletin 500 500-GOC930 can be used with a motor rated for a maximum horsepower of 200 Horsepower. At 380 to 415 Volts AC (50 Hertz) motor voltage, the contactor can be used with a motor rated for 300 Horsepower maximum. At 460 to 575 Volts AC motor voltage, the contactor can be used with a motor rated for 400 Horsepower maximum. The 500-GOC930 contactor is not shipped with line and load lugs and these items needed to be ordered separately. The size 6 500-GOC930 contactor has feed-through wiring.
