The 500-GOD930 contactor is a NEMA size 6 Bulletin 500 contactor. It is designed by Allen-Bradley. To minimize risk of electrical shock, the power source for the host device should be disconnected before the contactor is serviced or installed. The 500-GOD930 contactor does not have an enclosure and therefore it should be mounted inside an appropriate industrial cabinet. Even though the metal parts used for its construction are treated for corrosion resistance, the contactor’s components should be protected against contaminants and corrosive elements. Furthermore, the 500-GOD930 contactor should be maintained in a dry and clean condition for reliable operation. The 500-GOD930 contactor is a 3-pole device with 540 Amps of continuous current rating.
