The Allen-Bradley 500LC-100AA1 contactor is an AC-powered mechanically held lighting contactor. It is part of the Allen-Bradley Bulletin 500LC series which is a series of contactors based on a patented single solenoid bi-directional operating mechanism. The 500LC-100AA1 contactor is mechanically held and electrically operated with contacts which can be open or closed. The current rating of the Bulletin 500LC contactors is 20 Amps and the voltage rating is 600 Volts AC. The Bulletin 500LC contactors are rated for handling loads of various lighting-related substances including tungsten, quartz halogen, mercury vapor, and metal halide. Up to 12 poles are available on the 500LC contactors. The number of normally-open poles on the contactor are 10. The 500LC-100AA1 contactor is a Type 1 surface-mounted contactor. The coil voltage for the 500LC-100AA1 contactor is 110 to 120 Volts AC at 50 to 60 Hertz.
