The Allen-Bradley 592-EC2PC module is a 592 series solid-state overload relay. The current rating of the 592-EC2PC module is 0.4 to 2 Amps and the contactor size is 0 to 2. The 592-EC2PC module is programmed at the factory for 3-phase operation. However, it can easily be converted to single-phase operation by changing parameter 27. The 592-EC2PC module is designed for the protection of squirrel cage induction motors. The front panel of the relay module features LED status indicators, a reset button, node address switches, a voltage input module connection, a ground fault sensor input, and input terminals. The 592-EC2PC module provides protection features including overload, current imbalance, jam, underload, stall, phase loss, ground fault, and thermistor input protection.
