The 592-EC3ED module is an Allen-Bradley Bulletin 592 overload relay module. The current rating for the device is 18 to 90 Amps and the Bulletin 500 contactor size is Size 3. The integrated I/O on the 592-EC3ED relay module include 4 inputs and 2 outputs. The inputs are current sinking inputs and they require a 24 Volts DC power supply. The on-state voltage for the inputs is 15 Volts DC and the on-state current is 2 milliamps. The steady state current for the inputs is 8 milliamps. The off-state voltage for the inputs is 5 Volts DC and the off-state current is 0.5 milliamps. The transition voltage for the inputs on the overload relay is 5 to 15 Volts DC. The transition current for the inputs is 0.5 to 2 milliamps.

The EMC compatibility specifications for the 592-EC3ED module include electrostatic discharge immunity for 8 kilovolts of air discharge and 6 kilovolts of static discharge.
