The Allen-Bradley 836-C12A Pressure Controller is an enclosed pressure control unit with external pressure bellows from the Bulletin 836 pressure control series. The Bulletin 836 control units are designed for general industrial use to control and detect pressure in both pneumatic and hydraulic systems such as air compressors, compressed air monitor systems, liquid level control, vacuum transfer systems, high-pressure alerts, low-pressure alerts, and to monitor low and high pressure. The Bulletin 836 pressure control units feature high-quality components that offer device longevity in applications that involve operation with air, water, oil, vapors, non-corrosive gases, and some corrosive liquids and gases. The 836-C12A Pressure Controller comes with an external set of copper alloy bellows and adjustable differential and operation pressure range settings. It has an operation range that is adjustable up to 900 PSI and a differential range adjustable from 25 to 115 PSI.

The 836-C12A Pressure Controller also has a maximum line pressure rating of 1300 PSI and an occasional surge rating of 1600 PSI. The 836-C12A Pressure Controller is supplied with a standard single-pole, double-throw, snap-action contact block with a standard inductive current rating of 5 Amps at 240 Volts AC and a control circuit rating of 24 to 600 Volts AC (125 Volts-Amps) or 115 to 230 Volts DC. The 836-C12A Pressure Controller comes with a standard quarter-inch N.P.T.F. female external pipe thread connector and a NEMA Type 1 enclosure design. The 836-C12A Pressure Controller, like every Bulletin 836 pressure controller, has a standard repeat accuracy of -/+0.5% and a standard operating ambient temperature range of -30 to 66 degrees Celsius. The 836-C12A Pressure Controller has the CA, CE, and UL certifications.
