The 836-C61A Pressure Controller from the 836 Pressure Controls series is a Style C, Bulletin 836 pressure control unit made by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation. It is an electromechanical switch that actuates according to the pressure variations of a pneumatic or hydraulic system.  This module is supplied as standard with an internal pulsation snubber. The 836-C61A Pressure Controller also supports selectable pulsation snubber porosity elements as additional accessories. The important specifications of the module include 30 PSI of maximum pressure specification, 65 PSI of maximum line pressure, a -30 to 66 degrees Celsius ambient operating temperature range, +/- 0.5% of repeat accuracy, and the CCC and KC certifications. The maximum line pressure is the maximum pressure that can be applied to the bellows without damage.

The 836-C61A Pressure Controller is a Style C stainless steel device. It detects overpressure of liquids and gases in a system to protect machines and equipment. It has easy-to-set up configuration settings to ensure reduced installation time. Its single-pole, double-throw standard contacts open and close in response to the increasing and decreasing pressure in the system. The 836-C61A Pressure Controller has external bellows and it has a NEMA Type 1 enclosure which is made of aluminum. It offers adjustable pressure ranges with corresponding differentials. It has durable stainless steel bellows to apply the system pressure directly. Its adjustable differential provides the difference between the trip and the reset values. Make sure to consider the device style, enclosure rating, pressure media, and pressure connections in the host system before ordering the pressure control unit for it.
