This device is a Style C controller with external bellows and it has a pressure specification of 8 and support for a Type 7 & 9 and Type 4 & 13 combined metallic enclosure made of aluminum. The controller is specially designed for industrial use in the control as well as in the detection of pressure levels in a system. This pressure controller is used in hydraulic industrial pressure systems as well as pneumatic industrial pressure systems. Its design and high-quality components provide a long operation life with noncorrosive liquids, vapors, gases, as well as with air, water, and oil. The 836-C8E pressure controller does not support modifications like snap action precision switches which are armed with silver contacts. However, it does come with a straight in-line and relatively friction-free structure for providing consistent and accurate operation irrespective of its mounting angle.

 

The 836-C8E pressure controller and the entire Bulletin 836 product family are designed to enable the easy adjustment of the trip as well as reset pressures and of the operating and differential pressure ranges. The operating pressure range for the 836-C8E pressure controller is 6 to 250 PSI and the differential pressure range is 4 to 45 PSI.
