The 836T-T252E pressure controller is a pressure sensing device that has been designed to operate in different industries and applications. This controller can perform a tripping action if the pressure level in the system is too high or too low and it can operate in multiple environments and with multiple kinds of hydraulic fluids. The 836T-T252E pressure controller is a Style T controller from the 836 Pressure Controls series of sensing devices by Allen-Bradley. This controller comes with a Type 7 & 9 and 4 & 13 enclosure that provides a high level of protection against hazardous gases and dust. It includes a gasket and an 0-ring that reduces or completely blocks the entrance of moisture, fluids, and dust into the internal components of the controller.
Despite the protection provided by the enclosure, the Allen-Bradley 836T-T252E pressure sensing device has not been designed to detect pressure levels in corrosive liquids or gasses, since it comes with internal bellows made of copper alloy that can be easily corroded. The Allen-Bradley 836T-T252E pressure sensing device comes with 2 circuits on its contactĀ block and the contact circuit ratings vary according to the type of applications the controller is handling. For AC applications, these contacts operate at voltage ratings of 24 to 120 Volts and they come with make and break ratings of 10 to 7200 VA, respectively. For DC operations, the Allen-Bradley 836T-T252E pressure sensing device contact block operates with a voltage range of 115 to 600 Volts and make and brake ratings of 50 VA each. These ratings have been calculated for a maximum operating voltage of 600 Volts AC and 600 Volts DC.
