The 836T-T300JX7 Pressure Controller is an electromechanical pressure control switch from Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation. It can be used to control and monitor pneumatic and hydraulic pressure systems. It allows the users to set specific pressure values in their systems according to their application requirements. However, it is set to the minimum differential pressure rating and maximum operating pressure rating by default. The repeat accuracy of the piston without the seal is +/- 3%. It comes with a front cover that keeps foreign materials out of the enclosure. This module can be mounted without removing the protective front cover. Its silver contacts ensure control circuit flexibility. The 836T-T300JX7 Pressure Controller has a normally open contact, and a normally closed contact.

The 836T-T300JX7 Pressure Controller features a UNF thread O-ring boss seal and a piston actuator. Note that this piston-type operator arrangement is not designed for use with air or water systems. However, it can be used with gas and non-corrosive liquids. The stainless steel piston-type actuator of the module has a 3/8 inches N.P.T.F. female pipe connector. It comes with the UL, CSA, and CE certifications to meet the requirements of industrial pressure systems. The main specifications of the 836T-T300JX7 Pressure Controller are 40 to 550 PSI of adjustable differential pressure, a NEMA Type 1, 4, and 13 enclosure, an S.P.D.T. contact configuration with a 2-circuit contact block, and a piston without a seal. Its piston-type actuator has an adjustable operating range of 40 to 5000 PSI, and an occasional surge pressure rating of  up to 15000 PSI. This module is suitable to use in traditional machine tools, machine hydraulic pressure applications, and lubricant and coolant pressure applications.
