It comes with a 70 to 1000 PSI adjustable operating pressure range, a 75 to 175 PSI adjustable differential pressure range, a piston without a seal, an S.P.D.T. 2-circuit contact block, and no factory modifications. The 836T-T301JX15 Pressure Controller is specifically designed for applications in systems with water-based hydraulic fluids and oil. The piston of the module comes without a seal. This pressure controller’s actuator has a diaphragm assembly that it uses to effectively convey the application motion while preventing fluid from entering the enclosure and damaging the pressure controller.
The 836T-T301JX15 Pressure Controller has a NEMA Type 1, 4, and 13 enclosure. It can open and close electrical circuits in response to the pressure variation of the air or gas in the system. This module is specifically designed to meet the requirements of traditional machine tools and other heavy-duty applications. The actuator of the module is made of stainless steel for use with corrosive gases, fluids, and vapors. This rugged stainless steel piston assembly can be used in high-pressure coolant applications. An optional feature available for the 836T-T301JX15 Pressure Controller is a UNF threaded O-ring boss seal. Its contact block is arranged for single-pole, double-throw operation. Its piston-type actuator design is suitable for a range of pressure media, including water, hydraulic fluid, and most non-corrosive liquids as well as some corrosive liquids. It is compatible with standard pressure connectors such as the 3/8 inches NPT female pipe thread connectors. It is specifically designed to operate in pneumatic and hydraulic applications such as traditional machine tools and air compressor applications.
