This industrial pressure switch is designed to be operated with either AC or DC voltage. It has AC contact ratings of 120 VAC - 600 VAC with make contact rating of 7200 VA and Break contact rating of 720 VA; 72-120 VAC with make contact rating of 60 Amperes and break contact rating of 720 VA; 24-72 VAC with make contact rating of 60 Amperes and Break contact rating of 10 Amperes and 115-600 VDC with the make and break contact ratings of 50 VA. The 836T-T302J comes with a NEMA type 1, 4 & 13, IP66 enclosure suitable for installation in a wide variety of industrial applications specifically, pressure monitoring and control systems. This switch is has a piston without a seal operating device with an independently adjustable operating range and differential rating. The piston type of this module is a 3/8 in. N.P.T.F. female pipe connection, SAE 7/16-20 UNF-2B thread O-ring boss seal, SAE 9/16-18 UNF-2B thread O-ring boss seal with Occasional surge pressure of up to 15,000 psi. The 836T-T302J supports mounting without removing the switch cover as Two (2) mounting screws are provided and can be used to fasten the switch to the mounting location. It is also provided with a captive chain which prevents the cover from being misplaced when performing device servicing.
