The Allen-Bradley 836T-T302JX20 Electromechanical Pressure Controller is a solid-state pressure condition-sensing device designed to monitor and control machines and application processes. The 836T-T302JX20 Pressure Controller is a Style T pressure controller from the Bulletin 836T series. The 836T pressure controllers are designed for heavy-duty industrial and machine tools applications and they are also designed to meet the requirements of all the relevant industry standards. The 836T-T302JX20 Pressure Controller comes with a piston-based control that is designed for use with oil or water-based hydraulic pressure applications which contains non-corrosive and high-lubricity fluids. This piston-type controller has no seal, which offers frictionless control but limited switch differential settings. The 836T-T302JX20 Pressure Controller has a diaphragm assembly that channels the motion of the piston to the control mechanism and it also has a drain port for connecting the line returning the piston by-pass fluid to a reservoir for reuse.

The Allen-Bradley 836T-T302JX20 Pressure Controller comes with a factory modified 5-pin mini-type receptacle without a pilot light, which allows the users to manually set the desired wiring configuration to suit their application needs. The 836T-T302JX20 Pressure Controller has the standard 2-circuit contact block with power ratings of 600 Volts AC and 10 Amps of maximum carrying current rating for simplified wiring. The 2-circuit contact block has one pair of normally open contacts and one pair of normally closed contacts that are arranged for single-pole, double-throw operation. The 836T-T302JX20 Pressure Controller’s operating pressure setting can be adjusted from 200 to 3000 PSI, and it also has a maximum occasional surge pressure rating of 15,000 PSO. The 836T-T302JX20 Pressure Controller has an adjustable reset or differential pressure range of 125 to 400 PSI. The operating and differential pressure ranges are independently adjustable.
