The Allen-Bradley 836T-T302JX25 Pressure Controller is an electromechanical device designed for sensing pressure conditions. The 836T-T302JX25 Pressure Controller is a T-Style device that belongs to the Bulletin 836 Pressure Controls series. The Allen-Bradley Bulletin 836 Pressure Controls series devices are designed to control and monitor machine operation conditions, and they are suitable for pressure applications that use air, water, and other non-corrosive liquids, or gasses. The 836T-T302JX25 Pressure Controller is designed for machine tool applications and it is built to meet all the industry-standard requirements. The 836T-T302JX25 Pressure Controller features an externally adjustable operating pressure range and an externally adjustable differential pressure range. The operating pressure range is adjustable from 200 to 3000 PSI and the differential pressure range can also be adjusted from 125 to 400 PSI. The 836T-T302JX25 Pressure Controller, like all Style T pressure controllers, is factory configured for the maximum operating range and minimum differential range by default, but the operating range can be adjusted to meet specific operating conditions.

The 836T-T302JX25 Pressure Controller features a piston-type actuator without a seal, which is suitable for oil and water-based hydraulic applications. The non-seal design helps to reduce friction but at the same it narrows the switch differential. The 836T-T302JX25 Pressure Controller comes with a factory-modified diaphragm assembly made of Viton and Nomex materials, which are suitable for applications that contain phosphate ester bases or other corrosive compounds. The 836T-T302JX25 Pressure Controller has a standard 2-circuit contact, which consists of one Normally Closed (NC) contact and one Normally Open (NO) contact. Each contact has a maximum voltage rating of 600 Volts AC and a maximum carrying current rating of 5 Amps. The 836T-T302JX25 Pressure Controller is designed for NEMA Type 1, 4, and 13 enclosures which support industrial use.
