The Allen-Bradley 836T-T302JX7 Electromechanical Pressure Controller is part of the Bulletin 836 Pressure Controls series. This pressure control series is designed for machine tools applications and its controllers are also designed to meet the traditional requirements of most standard pressure control applications in heavy-duty industries. The 836T-T302JX7 Pressure Controller is designed for both pneumatic and hydraulic applications such as machine hydraulic pressures, material clamping fixtures, lubricant and coolant pressures, and machine tools applications. The 836T-T302JX7 Pressure Controller features an adjustable operating pressure range and differential pressure range, and it also supports piston-based operation for oil and water-based hydraulic system operation. It also features a rugged stainless steel piston with an internal diaphragm that supports piston motion and prevents hydraulic fluids from entering the enclosure.

The 836T-T302JX7 Pressure Controller has an SAE 9/16-18 UNF thread O-ring boss seal modification as a pressure connection. The operating pressure range is adjustable from 200 PSI to 3,000 PSI by using the external operating pressure range screw with the front-plate indicator scales. There is also an adjustable differential pressure screw with its own front panel indicator scale, and the adjustable differential pressure range is 125 to 400 PSI. The 836T-T302JX7 Pressure Controller has a standard snap-action 2-circuit contact block for configuration. This block comes with a pair of Normally Closed (NC) contacts and a pair of Normally Open (NO) contacts that can be configured for single-pole double-throw operation. The 836T-T302JX7 Pressure Controller’s contacts have a maximum switching voltage of 600 Volts AC and a maximum continuous current of 10 Amps. The 836T-T302JX7 Pressure Controller is built for NEMA 1, 4, and 13 industrial enclosures and it also supports any standard mounting configuration on the factory floor.
