The Allen-Bradley 836T-T302JX9 Pressure Controller is a rugged, reliable NEMA-style switch designed to control or monitor pressure conditions in a system. The 836T-T302JX9 Pressure Controller is designed for piston-control operation and it comes with a wear-free piston assembly designed for oil, water, and water-based hydraulic fluids. Like every piston-based pressure control, the 836T-T302JX9 Pressure Controller comes with a leak-free diaphragm assembly that directs the piston movement. It also has a 3/8 inches N.P.T. female pipe thread as the standard pressure connection means. The 836T-T302JX9 Pressure Controller is supplied with a standard 2-circuit snap-action contact block that consists of a set of Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) contacts that can be configured for either single-pole double-throw operation or separate circuit operation with the same polarity. Each contact set has a maximum switching voltage of 600 Volts AC and continuous current rating of 10 Amps.

The Allen-Bradley 836T-T302JX9 Pressure Controller has a factory-modified high-intensity neon pilot light with 1 Amp and 120 Volts AC power ratings. This factory modification also supports wiring for ON/OFF operation. The 836T-T302JX9 Pressure Controller features an adjustable operating pressure range from 200 PSI to 3,000 PSI and a differential pressure range from 125 to 400 PSI. It also has an occasional surge pressure rating of up to 15,000 PSI. The 836T-T302JX9 Pressure Controller supports a wide variety of mounting orientations and it also has NEMA Type 1, 4, and 13 enclosure ratings, which is ideal for use in any industrial environment. The 836T-T302JX9 Pressure Controller has a high degree of repeated accuracy and a long mechanical lifespan when it is used in applications where the contact operation is between 30% and 80% of the operating range and where the maximum surge pressure does not exceed the specified value.
