The Allen-Bradley 836T-T303JX7 Pressure Controller is an electromechanical pressure control device from the Bulletin 836T pressure sensing switches series that is designed to control and monitor pressure conditions in most pneumatic and hydraulic system applications. The 836T-T303JX7 Pressure Controller is a piston-based controller which is ideal for water-based and oil-based hydraulic applications. The 836T-T303JX7 Pressure Controller is designed with a rugged and reliable stainless steel piston assembly that comes without a seal. The seal-free piston configuration provides frictionless operation but narrows the differential pressure range. The 836T-T303JX7 Pressure Controller piston assembly has an internal diaphragm assembly for the direct piston movement as well as for preventing the hydraulic fluids from entering the enclosure.

 

The 836T-T303JX7 Pressure Controller offers adjustable differential and operating pressure ranges to support a wide range of applications. The operating pressure range is adjustable from 350 PSI up to 5000 PSI, while the differential pressure range can be adjusted from 175 PSI up to 650 PSI. The 836T-T303JX7 Pressure Controller comes with a standard 2-circuit contact block for easy wiring and configuration. This contact block has a pair of normally closed and normally open contacts that can be wired for single-pole double-throw operation. Each contact pair has a maximum switching voltage of 600 Volts AC and a continuous current rating of 10 Amps. The 836T-T303JX7 Pressure Controller has a typical repeated accuracy rating of +/-3% of the operating range, and for maximum accuracy and mechanical life span, it is recommended that the contact operation be used within 30 to 80% of the operating range and less than the maximum surge value. The 836T-T303JX7 Pressure Controller is designed for NEMA Type 1, 4, and 13 enclosures, which are suitable for standard industrial conditions.
