The Allen-Bradley 836T-T400JX26 controller is a pressure controller designed for industrial applications including material damping fixtures, air compressors, compact ram pressure, and machine hydraulic press applications. It is a device that is designed to activate electrical circuits based on the hydraulic or pneumatic pressure which is applied to its actuator. The trip and reset settings for the 836T-T400JX26 controller are adjustable. The trip setting is the pressure setting at which the electrical contacts are activated. The reset setting is the pressure setting at which the electrical contacts return to their normal state. Additionally, the operating pressure range for the 836T-T400JX26 controller and the differential range are also adjustable. The 836T-T400JX26 controller is a Style T pressure controller which has a piston (with a seal) as the actuator. It uses a 2-circuit SPDF contact block.

The trip and reset settings on the 836T-T400JX26 controller are not only adjustable but independently adjustable. The pressure contact is available in an oil tight NEMA Type 1, 4, and 13 rated industrial enclosure. The controller can handle occasional surge pressures of up to 15,000 PSI.
