About 852S-NSB
The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation solid-state timing delay relay with the catalog number 852S-NSB belongs to the 852S Timers series of components that are made from the best available material for industrial parts. This high-quality replacement part has a voltage rating of 300 Volts (maximum) for both AC and DC applications. The complete ratings of the 852S-NSB timer include 150 Volts rated voltage with a current rating of 30 Amps make and 3 Amps break. In addition to that, the unit also supports a voltage rating of 300 Volts AC with a current rating of 15 Amps make and 1.5 Amps break. The 115 to 125 Volts DC voltage range includes 1.1 Amps make current and 1.1 Amps break current and the 230 to 250 Volts DC voltage includes a current rating of 0.55 Amps make and 0.55 Amps break current.
The 852S-NSB timing relay features a wide timing range of 0.5 to 30 seconds and it is packed in compact housing that provides more space for other important components to be installed around it than other timers do. The 852S-NSB timer is a UL listed and CSA certified component that is used for industrial CNC systems. These 9/440 CNC systems are powered by 1326 servo motors and they are based on resolvers. The resolver is required for motor commutation and it can be used for positioning feedback. The resolver components are combined with a feedback board which is a part of the system module. The CNC systems provide 2 RS-232 ports (Port A and Port B) that can be used for different purposes. For example, Port A is used only for RS-232 communications andPport B can be used for both RS-232 and RS-422 communications.
