The Allen-Bradley 193-ECPM3 DIN Rail/panel mounting adapter is a mounting adapter module from the Bulletin 193-EC electronic motor protection relay add-on accessories family. The 193-ECPM3 adapter is designed to allow for the easy DIN Rail or panel mounting of the relay devices. The 193-ECPM3 adapter is also compatible with the 193-EC (EC1, EC2, EC3, EC4, and EC5) relays with C60 to C85 contactor sizes and with 9 to 90 Amps trip ratings. The Bulletin 193-EC motor protection relays feature solid-state overload relays, current monitor relays, and voltage monitor relays with a current range from 0.4 to 5000 Amps. They are also available with fixed or adjustable trip classes, and integrated I/O options from 2 to 6 inputs. The 193-EC motor protection system offers built-in protection options ranging from current monitor/voltage monitoring to power protection functions. Some models come with external ground fault sensor input that offers high levels (20 milliAmps to 5 Amps) of ground fault protection, and a PTC thermistor input for over-temperature protection.
The E3 Plus models come with an integral DeviceNet communication capability that supports Slave-Only communication. This option allows for the editing, enabling, diagnostics, troubleshooting, uploading, and downloading of device configuration software over the DeviceNet network. The E3 Plus models also have DeviceLogix capabilities that allow for seamless integration into the DeviceLogix control environment. By using the RSNetWorx programming tool for DeviceNet, the operators can easily configure the operation parameters and store them directly to the device. Some models also support Ethernet/IP communication by using the Ethernet/IP communication auxiliary module. The 193-EC relays support direct and panel mounting, which is achieved and made easier with the 193-ECPM3 DIN Rail/panel mounting adapter.
