The 193-EEHF electronic overload relay is manufactured by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation as part of the E1 Plus overload relay product line. It is an IEC 3-phase unit with a selectable trip class with a current range of 30 to 150 Amps. It is specially designed and intended for use with the Bulletin 100 IEC contactor sizes D115 to D180. The 193-EEHF electronic overload relay comes with a selectable trip class of 10, 15, 20, or 30 Amps. It has selectable auto-manual and manual reset options as well as screw type control terminals. This unit has a rated operating frequency of 50 to 60 Hertz, a rated operating voltage of 1000 Volts AC or 600 Volts AC, a rated impulse strength of 6 kilovolts AC, and a rated insulation voltage of 1000 Volts AC. Other features include a coarse-stranded/solid single-conductor torque of 16 to 150 millimeter squared, 28 N-m, and a stranded solid single-conductor torque of 6 to 300 MCM, 250 pounds on an inch.

The Allen-Bradley 193-EEHF overload relay features a hexagon socket size of 8 millimeters. Other specifications of the 193-EEHF overload relay control circuits include a rating designation of B600 and 1 normally open and 1 normally closed circuit. It also features a single-conductor torque rating of 0.5 to 2.5 millimeters squared, 0.55 N-m for flexible-stranded cable. This unit also features control circuits with a wide range of convenient features including a rated insulation voltage of 690 Volts AC. It also has a rated impulse strength of 6 kilovolts AC, an IEC rated operating voltage of 60 Volts AC, and UL rated operating voltage of 600 Volts AC. This overload relay unit comes with contact reliability rating of 17 Volts and 5 milliamps, as well as a thermal current rating of 5 Amps.
