The 193-EEKG relay is an E1 Plus enhanced electronic overload relay manufactured by Allen-Bradley as part of the E1 Plus overload relay series. It features a 3-phase current range of 60 to 300 Amps that is suitable for use with the Bulletin 100 IEC contactor sizes D210 to D420. It features an adjustable trip class ratio of 5:1 and an approximate kilowatts rating of 27 to 180 kilowatts. This module has a minimum kilowatts rating of 27 kilowatts at 415 Volts and the maximum rating of 180 kilowatts at 415 volts. Its adjustable current range helps to reduce inventory requirements and costs. The 193-EEKG relay comes with a maximum motor FLC rating of 600 Amps and a minimum rating of 300 Amps as well as automatic and manual resetting options.

The Allen-Bradley 193-EEKG overload relay has a rated operation voltage of 1000 Volts AC and an IP 20 enclosure rating. The Allen-Bradley 193-EEKG overload relay comes with a wide range of features that set it apart from the other relays in its class. It has extremely low heat generation which results in cooler panels and switchboards that are unlikely to overheat. The unit is self-powered and it has no need for a separate power supply. Also, the unit comes with an advanced phase failure detector that enhances motor protection as well as with low-voltage compatible contacts with a rating of 17 Volts and 5 milliamps that is suitable for PLC systems. Additionally, it has a trip and alarm contacts, including 1 normally open contact and 1 normally closed contact, to enhance easy integration into the control circuit.
