The Allen-Bradley 193-EELG E1 Plus enhanced electronic overload relay is manufactured by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation as part of the E1 Plus overload relays series. It operates on a 3-phase current range of 100 to 500 Amps. It is specially designed and intended for use with the Bulletin 100 contactors sizes D210 to D420 with an adjustable trip class ratio of 5:1 as well as automatic and manual reset options and optional side-mounted modules. The minimum kilowatt rating of this module at 415 Volts is 55 kilowatts and it is a maximum of 300 kilowatts at 415 Volts as well as a motor FLC rating of 100 to 500 Amps with an adjustable trip class of 10, 15, 20, or 30 Amps. The 193-EELG overload relay has a rated operating voltage of 1000 Volts AC and an IP 20 enclosure rating.
Some of the main features of Allen-Bradley 193-EELG overload relay include its wide-ranging adjustable current ratio of 5:1, which helps to reduce the inventory needs of this device. The unit also features low levels of heat output which prevents the switchboards and panels from overheating. It also has well-matched low-voltage contacts rated at 17 Volts and 5 milliamps that are suitable for the PLC systems. The 193-EELG overload relay is self-powered and it does not require a separate power supply connection. The unit has an advanced phase failure detector that enhances motor protection, and it also includes an alarm and trip contacts for seamless integration into the control circuit. It also features an exceptional latching appliance and a reinforced power connection to offer greater mechanical connections with the Bulletin 100-C contactors for a durable design.
