The Allen-Bradley 193-EF2AKP solid-state overload relay is a product of Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation that is manufactured as part of the Bulletin 193-EF solid-state overload relay product series. It is an advanced version relay device that operates in a current adjustment range of 20 to 180 Amps and it supports the pass-thru mounting style. It runs on a control voltage rating of 120 Volts AC at a frequency of 50 to 60 Hertz. Unlike other overload relays, the 193-EF2AKP relay does not come with factory modifications for automatic resetting, remote resetting, or external indication. This unit supports screw fixing or snap-on fixing to standard DIN Rail surface mounting bases. Also, it requires the 193-HD device to set the motor rated current at 0.5 to 20 Amps with the motor supply cables wound around the current transformer to double the rated motor current.

The Allen-Bradley 193-EF2AKP solid-state overload relay operates at an ambient temperature range of -5 to 60 degrees Celsius. When it is not in use, it can be stored in a temperature range between -50 and 60 degrees Celsius. It has a continuous thermal current rating of 4 Amps and a 10 Amps or 16 Amps rated Type G device protection fuse. Also, the 193-EF2AKP overload relay is approved and listed for compliance with the IEC, CSA, UL, and EN 60947 standards. It weighs approximately 1,090 grams and comes with a maximum of 6 PTC sensors per the IEC 34-11-2 standards. This unit has both manual and automatic reset options. The manual reset button resets all the protection functions, while the automatic resetting of the thermistor over-temperature and thermal overload protection function is optional. All the protection functions of this device can only be reset manually.
