|

The H-3007-N-H04AA brushless servo motor is a low-inertia brushless servo motor from the Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation H Series of brushless servo motors. It supports a line count rating of 2000 lines from its encoder, which is the standard encoder line count rating for the H Series brushless servo motors. The H-3007-N-H04AA brushless servo motor is equipped with an optional 24 Volts DC rated holding brake. It can be used with Allen-Bradley drives from the Bulletin 1398 product line in an industrial system. The H-3007-N-H04AA brushless servo motor operates at a maximum speed of 5000 RPM.

The H-3007-N-H04AA is a servo motor brushless W/Encoder manufactured by Allen-Bradley. The Allen-Bradley H-3007-N-H04AA servo motor belongs to the H-3007 Series of servo motors. The Allen-Bradley H-3007-N-H04AA servo motor features 5000 RPM speed, 0.12 friction torque, 6 poles, 1.2 degrees Celsius/Watt, 12MH winding inductance phase-to-phase, 5 Amps maximum switching current, 0.10 ohms maximum contact resistance, 0.79 N-m continuous stall torque, and 2.48 N-m peak torque. The Allen-Bradley H-3007-N-H04AA servo motor thermostat is generally used as a switch for a 24 Volts DC logic signal. The Allen-Bradley H-3007-N-H04AA servo motor is capable of carrying an axial load in several applications when the servo motor shaft has no radial load; the axial load rating would be 100% of the radial load.

When the Allen-Bradley H-3007-N-H04AA servo motor shaft has both a radial and an axial load, the axial load rating will be 44% of the radial load rating. The Allen-Bradley H-3007-N-H04AA servomotor is equipped with holding brakes designed to keep the servo motor shaft at 0 rpm for up to the rated brake holding torque. The holding brakes are the spring-set type and it releases when a voltage is applied to the brake coil. The Allen-Bradley H-3007-N-H04AA servo motor brakes are not designed for stopping the rotation of the servo motor shaft. Instead, the servo drive inputs should be used to stop the motor shaft rotation.
