The H-6100-Q-H04AA motor is manufactured by Allen-Bradley. It is a low-inertia motor which is typically used to drive machinery. It should be used along with the transistorized electronic amplifiers. These motors should be operated in a non-corrosive industrial environment where the ambient temperature and humidity do not exceed the specified limits. The ambient operating temperature of the H-6100-Q-H04AA should be between 0 and 40 degrees Celsius and the storage temperature should be between -30 and 70 degrees Celsius. The relative humidity of the environment should be between 5 and 95% and it should be non-condensing. The motor has a frame size identification number of 6100 and it has an encoder unit which has a line count of 2000.
The H-6100-Q-H04AA motor comes with a 24 Volts DC brake and it has a factory-designated standard flange. The brakes on the motor are holding brakes and they are used to hold the motor shaft at 0 RPM. When the voltage is applied to the brake, all the brakes are released because they are not meant for stopping the rotation of the shaft. The motor must be installed as per the manufacturer’s instructions in the installation manual and all safety guidelines must be followed as per the local regulations. The H-6100-Q-H04AA motor is sensitive to electromagnetic interference and care should be taken to avoid it for the proper operation of the device. Users need to use cables which are shielded to prevent the electromagnetic interference with other equipment. For any further assistance, contact the manufacturer for support.
