The Allen-Bradley MPAI-NE40230 Anti-Rotation Rod Kit is an anti-rotation replacement accessory for the MP-Series (Bulletin MPAI) heavy-duty electric cylinders. The MPAI electric cylinders offer precise and programmable servo operation. They are available in either 230 or 480 Volt AC ratings, and with frame sizes from 76 millimeters to 450 millimeters. They offer either face front mounting or rear clevis mounting for easy and fast installation. The Bulletin MPAI electric cylinders are available in standard and food-grade designs and they come with built-in high-resolution encoders. They are supplied as standard electric cylinders without a 24 Volts DC rated holding brake or with a factory-installed optional 24 Volts DC rated holding brake. The MPAI-NE40230 Anti-Rotation Rod Kit is compatible with only the 110-millimeter frame cylinders. The Kinetix MPAI cylinder actuators are designed to support the field installation of accessories. They have a unique design that allows for precise rod rotation. They have a short rotation angle (+/-0.2 to +/-0.3 degrees) that allows for the rotation of the thread and rod in and out of the actuator’s thrust tube.

The Allen-Bradley MP-Series (Bulletin MPAI) MPAI-NE40230 Anti-Rotation Rod Kit also prevents the rod from rotating in any linear motion application. The MPAI-NE40230 Anti-Rotation Rod Kit is used to provide anti-rotation protection in applications where the load is free to rotate. The MPAI-NE40230 Anti-Rotation Rod Kit is used with heavy-duty electric cylinders with 110-millimeter actuator sizes and with rod stroke lengths from 150 millimeters to 450 millimeters. The MPAI-NE40230 Anti-Rotation Rod Kit can be used with both IP 67 rated standard electric cylinders and with food-grade electric cylinders. The MPAI-NE40230 Anti-Rotation Rod Kit has an approximate shipping weight of 980 grams and it is CE, UL, and c-UL certified. It has an operating temperature range of 0 to 40 degrees Celsius and a storage temperature range of -25 to 60 degrees Celsius.
