The MPAR-A1100B-V2B cylinder is an Allen-Bradley MP-Series 230 Volts AC rated electric cylinder actuator. This device is designed for a wide range of industrial linear motion applications. Unlike the traditional piston actuator which uses hydraulic fluid for piston operation, the MPAR-A1100B-V2B cylinder incorporates an advanced servo control functionality to provide accurate positioning. It offers clean and energy-efficient piston operation which is significantly more advanced than traditional pistons. The MPAR-A1100B-V2B cylinder synchronizes with multi-axis systems to deliver a dynamic and precise response in linear motion applications.

The Allen-Bradley MP-Series MPAR-A1100B-V2B cylinder supports the common feedback and power cable selection that are used across the whole MP-Series of low inertia servo motors for a simplified integration process. The MPAR-A1100B-V2B cylinder has a ball-screw servo drive and a non-rotating piston rod as the actuator. This rod has a maximum working distance of 100 millimeters and a maximum screw lead rating of 3 millimeters per revolution (0.2 inches per revolution). The MPAR-A1100B-V2B cylinder has an input voltage rating of 230 Volts AC and a continuous feed force rating of 240 Newtons. It has a maximum piston speed rating of 0.2 meters per second (5.9 inches per second) and a maximum acceleration of 6 millimeters per second square.
