The Allen-Bradley MPAR-B3200E-M4A Electric Cylinder is an electrical rod-type of actuator from the Bulletin MPAR line in the MP series of electric cylinder actuators. The series offers high precision servo control as well as quick force build-up in a wide range of applications. These electric cylinders are ideal for industrial applications that require a fast and precise piston actuation such as push/pull/eject, tube bending, assembly process, welding gun, molding, fastening/joining, and volumetric filling applications. The MPAR-B3200E-M4A Electric Cylinder supports easy integration and wiring by using the common Allen-Bradley MP-Series low-inertia motor power and feedback cables. Unlike the traditional hydraulic/pneumatic piston actuator, the MPAR-B3200E-M4A Electric Cylinder does not require piping, valving, air, or oil as pressure media.

The Allen-Bradley MPAR-B3200E-M4A Electric Cylinder uses a ball-screw piston rod for actuation. This non-rotating servo-driven rod offers a maximum working stroke distance of 200 meters (7.87 inches) and a screw lead of 10 millimeters per revolution. The MPAR-B3200E-M4A Electric Cylinder has a built-in piston guide that provides non-rotating piston operation, and it supports field-installable accessories for cost-effective maintenance. The MPAR-B3200E-M4A Electric Cylinder’s piston has a maximum speed rating of 1 meter per second (39.4 inches per second) and a maximum acceleration rating of 6 millimeters per second square (236 inches per second square). The MPAR-B3200E-M4A Electric Cylinder has a multi-turn high-resolution absolute feedback encoder and a 24 Volts DC brake option for enhanced safety performance. The MPAR-B3200E-M4A Electric Cylinder comes with an IP 66 ingress rating, and it is CE, UL, and c-UL certified.
