The Allen-Bradley MPL-A310F-HJ22AA low-inertia servo motor from the Kinetix MP Series. This servo motor is applicable for use in a wide variety of applications such as Packaging, Converting, Material handling, Electronic assembly, Automotive and other applications. It requires a servo drive from the Kinetix family as well. Compatible Servo drives include Kinetix 5500, Kinetix 5700, Kinetix 6200/6500,Kinetix 6000, Kinetix 300/350, Kinetix 2000, and Kinetix 7000.

This servo motor has a maximum operating speed of 3000 revolutions per minute (rpm) with an rated output power of 0.46 kW with an output Current of 3.2 Amperes. This servo motor has a voltage supply requirement of 230VAC. It uses a 2000 Line/revolution incremental encoder. The shaft is keyed however, comes without a shaft seal installed. Shaft seal is necessary to achieve IP 66 protection. Appropriate shaft seal kit for use with the MPL-A310F-HJ22AA has a catalog number of MPL-SSN-F63F75. Shaft seal must be maintained and replaced within 3-12 month period as shaft seals are subject to wear and tera during operation.

The MPL-SSN-F63F75 uses SpeedTec DIN connectors to establish connections. A variety of connectors are available as accessories for the MPL-SSN-F63F75 such as power cables, flying lead and feedback cables. For mounting, it has IEC metric, free mounting holes.
