The MPL-A310F-MK74AA servo motor is an MPL series low-inertia brushless servo motor that is manufactured by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation. It is a magnetic AC rotary motor that comes with a voltage rating of 230 Volts AC. It comes with an IEC frame size of 3 (100 millimeters) and a magnet stack length of 1 inch (25.4 millimeters). The rated speed of this servo motor is 3000 RPM and the rated output is 0.46 kilowatts. The low-inertia servo motors in the Allen-Bradley Bulletin MPL motor family come with absolute multi-turn or single-turn high-resolution feedback options. The MPL-A310F-MK74AA servo motor comes with a multi-turn high-resolution encoder feedback option. It does not include a shaft key or a shaft seal. A shaft seal kit has to be ordered separately for the motor if it is required. The keyless shaft extension on the MPL-A310F-MK74AA motor has an IP 50 rated enclosure which becomes an IP 66 enclosure when the shaft seal is installed. The product is CE marked and CSA and UL certified.

To achieve faster acceleration, this servo motor uses high-energy rare-earth magnets. In comparison to legacy servo motors, this MPL series servo motor’s innovative winding technology provides significantly higher torque per unit size. The MPL-A310F-MK74AA servo motor has flexible DIN connectors that can be rotated up to 180 degrees at a right angle, allowing for increased connection flexibility. Optional accessories for the motor include the SpeedTEC (M7) power and feedback cables and shaft seal kits. The servo motor MPL-A310F-MK74AA servo motor must be operated and stored in a noncorrosive environment with non-condensing relative humidity levels between 5 and 95 percent.
