The Allen-Bradley MPL-A320P-MK72AA permanent magnet low inertia servo motor is a brushless AC servo motor from the MPL series of servo motors that is designed to meet the demanding requirements of industrial motion control systems. The MPL-A320P-MK72AA features a premium permanent magnet rotor and significantly reduced size to provide quick acceleration, high levels of torque, and long-lasting performance. The MPL-A320P-MK72AA servo motor also features Smart Motor Technology that consists of an onboard motor memory unit that retains the motion profile and a built-in communication link that automatically relays the motor identity to a motion control system upon start-up. The MPL-A320P-MK72AA servo motor has a rugged and compact design with a standard IP 50 rated industrial enclosure. It has an improved thermal management system with high-grade insulation material for enhanced heat transfer and reduced downtimes.

The Allen-Bradley MPL-A320P-MK72AA MPL series servo motor has an electro-mechanical absolute multi-turn encoder that provides absolute position detection feedback over 4097 turns. It also supports the Hiperface DSL protocol for communication, feedback, and power connections. The MPL-A420P-MK24AA servo motor comes with a factory-supplied shaft key for connecting to moving machine parts. No 24 Volts DC spring-set holding brake is supplied with this servo motor. The MPL-A420P-MK24AA servo motor, like all MPL series motors, features the new SpeedTec DIN connector that allows for the flexible connector orientation. It comes with a rotatable circular type of DIN connector that can be rotated as much as 180 degrees. The MPL-A420P-MK24AA servo motor has a voltage rating of 200 Volts AC and a rated power output of 1.3 kilowatts. It has a continuous stall current rating of 12.7 Amps and a peak stall current rating of 46 Amps. The MPL-A320P-MK72AA servo motor also has a continuous stall torque rating of 3.5 N-m and a peak torque rating of 7.9 N-m.
