The Allen-Bradley MPL-A430H-MJ24AA servo motor is a premium permanent magnet rotary servo motor. The MPL-A430H-MJ24AA servo motor is classified as a low-inertia servo motor and it has a power voltage rating of 200 Volts AC. The MPL-A430H-MJ24AA servo motor features a 115 millimeters frame size while the rated motor speed is 3500 revolutions per minute. The MPL-A430H-MJ24AA servo motor features a multi-turn high-resolution encoder and it comes with a shaft key but no shaft seal. It features 2 circular bayonet facing shaft connectors with a 24 Volts DC brake. The MPL-A430H-MJ24AA servo motor comes with the IEC metric mounting flange and it features the standard factory designated options.

The MPL-A430H-MJ24AA servo motor should be used with the drip loop provided on each cable. The purpose of these drip loops is to carry the liquids away from the connections to the motor.  Ensure that the aluminum housing is shielded to provide protection to the servo motor body, the shaft seals and their junctions which might be contaminated by foreign matter or fluids. The users should check the shaft seal and the motor periodically for any notable signs of damage or wear. If any damage or excessive wear is noticed, either the whole servo motor should be replaced or the specific worn-out component should be replaced immediately. The MPL-A430H-MJ24AA servo motor features mechanical connections. It uses couplings and pulleys as the mechanical connections to the motor shaft. Make sure that the couplings and the pulleys are torsionally rigid. Otherwise, if the mechanical connections are loose, this might cause instability or result in component damage. To avoid this, inspect the servo motor regularly.
