The Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation MPL-A430H-MK22AA servo motor is an MPL servo motor that runs at 3500 rpm. This premium permanent magnet rotary AC servo motor is a suitable solution for various industrial applications. The MPL-A430H-MK22AA servo motor is a low-inertia servo motor with a 0.00038-kilogram meter squared rotor inertia rating. It has a magnetic stack length of 3 inches and a 115 millimeters frame size. Its housing is made of aluminum and it provides an IP 50 protection level and good heat transfer. This servo motor can be connected in industrial automation structures without screws or tools, by using circular bayonet connectors. The MPL-A430H-MK22AA servo motor is not equipped with a brake and its shaft has no shaft key or shaft seal.

The Allen-Bradley MPL-A430H-MK22AA servo motor operates with a 230 Volts AC voltage rating. With the introduction of the MPL series of low-inertia high-performance AC servo motors, Allen-Bradley also made the Kinetix series of servo drives that servo motors can be connected to to offer a complete system for automated accurate speed control. The MPL-A430H-MK22AA servo motor is a high-dynamic and energy-efficient device that can be attached to the machine housing with minimal effort. Its output power is rated at 1.8 kilowatts. To deliver precise information about its current position, this rotary servo motor has a multi-turn high-resolution encoder integrated into the rear part of the motor. It is important to route the encoder cable away from the power cables and to keep it as short as possible. Servo motors are usually connected to loads with couplings and pulleys. The users are advised to occasionally check these mechanical connections and to make sure that they are not loose.
