The Allen-Bradley MPL-A430P-MK22AA servo motor is a servo motor with permanent magnet technology from the 200 Volts AC voltage class of Allen-Bradley MP series servo motors. This servo motor has a 115 millimeters frame size, an IEC metric mounting flange, and it has no brake. It is a part of the MP series of low-inertia servo motors that are a compact, feature-rich solution for industrial applications that rely on high speeds. The MPL-A430P-MK22AA servo motor can reach speeds of up to 5000 rpm. This versatile servo motor is capable of tracking a very dynamic load change on its shaft, and it is suitable for applications like web handling, converting, small objects packing, robotics, and automotive applications.

The Allen-Bradley MPL-A430P-MK22AA servo motor produces 2.2 kilowatts of output power despite its size and weight. This unit is very efficient, and it can approach 90% efficiency with a light load. The MPL-A430P-MK22AA servo motor is equipped with high-performance encoder (multi-turn high-resolution feedback option). It is capable of withstanding high axial and radial loads. The MPL-A430P-MK22AA servo motor requires little maintenance. Periodic basic checkups like taking a visual inspection of the servo motor for cracks and housing damage should be performed. There should be no loose bolts or any strange noises during the motor acceleration or stopping processes. Carefully mount the equipment that should be connected with the motor’s shaft. Serious damage can happen to the motor’s internal feedback device or bearings if a sharp impact hits the shaft during equipment mounting. Be sure to leave sufficient clearances and airflow for the servo motor.
