The Allen-Bradley MPL-B330P-MK22AA servo motor is a servo motor that is employed in applications that require the detection of the machine’s positions. This servo motor has been designed and manufactured by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation. The rated voltage for this drive is 400 Volts AC and it is able to run at a speed range of up to 5000 RPM. This servo motor uses magnet stacks of 3.0 inches and it does not include shaft seals or keys. It comes with a length of 100 millimeters and a weight of 4.6 kilograms. For secure operations, before starting the MPL-B330P-MK22AA servo motor, ensure that all of its connections are tight enough and that its radial and axial loads are within the proper specifications. This motor comes equipped with a SpeedTec-ready DIN connector. Motors using bayonet cables can have the cables exchanged for circular DIN cables. If the motor is meant to be equipped with a shaft seal made of nitrile, it should be lubricated thoroughly.

The MPL-B330P-MK22AA servo motor has a continuous torque rating of 37 pounds on an inch and a peak stall torque of 98 pounds on an inch. It comes with a rated output of 1.8 kilowatts. When mounting the Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation MPL-B330P-MK22AA servo motor, the users need to make sure that the motor has an air inlet or that there is a cooling device that is intended to cool this servo motor down. The axial and radial loads of the motor should not exceed the ratings of the motor and the motor should be placed with the connector housing pointing downward and it should be finally aligned. Motor cables should be kept as short as possible in order to reduce power loss.
