The Allen-Bradley MPL-B420P-HJ24AA servo motor is a 400 Volts AC brushless servo motor with a holding brake that is designed to meet the tough requirements of an industrial motion control system. This compact, high-output servo motor from the Allen-Bradley MP series of low-inertia servo motors offers considerably higher torque performance than conventional servo motors do, making it suitable for applications like automotive, packaging, converting, metal forming, material handling, and electronics assembly applications. The MPL-B420P-HJ24AA servo motor has a base motor speed of 5000 rpm, and a peak torque rating of 120 pounds on an inch. This motor is rated 460 Volts AC, and it has a peak operating current of 22.0 Amps.

The MPL-B420P-HJ24AA servo motor has a spring-set 24 Volts DC holding brake which provides smooth stopping and it is fitted with an onboard high-performance 2000-line encoder enhanced control module.
