This brushless servo made by Rockwell Automation is a 165 mm frame motor. This MPL AC synchronous servo motor additionally is a 3000 RPM rated VAC motor. In addition, it includes a multi-turn high-resolution (1024 sin/cos) feedback and comes with a brake in the motor in case braking is required. This MPL Series smart servo comes with a keyed shaft installed for applications requiring a shaft key. This low rotor inertia high-torque motor comes with circular bayonet(facing shaft) cable connections which are installed on this low rotor motor.

The Allen-Bradley MPL-B4530F-MJ24AA servo motor is a 3000 rpm MP series synchronous AC servo motor. Like other servo motors from the MP series, the MPL-B4530F-MJ24AA servo motor can be used with a large number of drives from Allen-Bradley including the Kinetix 2000 and Ultra 3000 drives. If it is going to be used with Allen-Bradley Kinetix 5500 drives, then a 2198-H2DCK (series B or later) Hiperface to DSL feedback converter kit is also required. The maximum and rated speed for the MPL-B4530F-MJ24AA servo motor are 3000 rpm. The servo motor weighs 16 pounds. The peak and continuous stall torque ratings are 180 pounds on an inch and 73 pounds on an inch, respectively. The rated power at the servo motor output is 2.1 kilowatts. The integrated servo motor features include a 1024 sin/cos absolute multi-turn encoder which is compatible with the hiperface protocol, a shaft key, a 24 Volts DC brake, and a circular bayonet (shaft-facing) connector.
