The Allen-Bradley MPL-B4530K-SJ74AA MPL series servo motor is a compact yet dynamic brushless AC servo motor that is designed for high-performance motion control systems. The MPL-B4530K-SJ74AA servo motor is built for high-performance industrial applications such as converting, metal handling, packaging, electronic assembly, automotive, and metal forming applications. The MPL-B4530K-SJ74AA servo motor is also compatible with the Allen-Bradley Kinetix 5000, 6200, 6500, 7000, 2000, 350, and Ultra 3000 series high-performance servo drives. The MPL-B4530K-SJ74AA servo motor incorporates “smart motor technology” for easy and quick integration into a larger control architecture. It comes with onboard motor memory that retains current and past speed profiles, and a built-in communication link for interfacing with the control system. The MPL-B4530K-SJ74AA servo motor comes with a high-performance single-turn absolute encoder that supports the Hiperface protocol and provides high-resolution absolute position feedback. A 24 Volts DC spring-set holding brake is provided for holding the load in place when the power is lost.
