The Allen-Bradley MPL-B4530K-SK24AA MPL series brushless AC synchronous servo motor is built for high-performance industrial motion control systems. It is applied in high-load, high-precision industrial applications such as automotive, metal handling, packaging, and electronic assembly applications. The MPL-B4530K-SK24AA servo motor is a standalone AC servo motor with a built-in controller and feedback encoder. It is compatible with the Allen-Bradley Ultra 3000 and Kinetix 300/350, 7000, 2000, 5000, and 6200/6500 series servo drives. It incorporates the state-of-the-art Allen-Bradley “smart motor technology” for higher levels of performance and lower levels of energy consumption. Past motor profiles and identities are stored within an onboard motor memory unit. A built-in communication link is also provided for uploading the motor profiles to a larger control system. The MPL-B4530K-SK24AA servo motor has a high-performance single-turn feedback encoder which provides absolute position feedback. The encoder supports the Hiperface DSL protocol, allowing for single-cable connections for the power, communication, and feedback connections.
