The Allen-Bradley MPL-B4560F-MK24AA low-inertia servo motor comes equipped with several features that help it to develop safe, smooth, and efficient operations without the need of extra equipment to detect machine position and enable the servo motor to operate within its proper rotating position. The MPL-B4560F-MK24AA low-inertia servo motor operates with a voltage rating of 400 Volts AC and a rated speed of 3000 rpm. This motor comes with a magnet stack that has a length of 6 inches and at the same time, it provides a stall and peak torque rating of 14.1 pounds on an inch and 34.4 pounds on an inch, respectively. This servo motor is designed to provide maximum performance. In order to reach its maximum torque specifications, the servo motor must be installed and connected properly to the rest of the equipment around it.
Some of the things that ensure that the Allen-Bradley MPL-B4560F-MK24AA low-inertia servo motor will reach its maximum ratings are a moderate temperature inside the room, and this temperature should not exceed 40 degrees Celsius. The servo motor also needs good ventilation, shielding of each connection, and a grounding system for the motor and all of its connected devices. All of these things will ensure that the drive will have good physical conditions for operating and that electromagnetic interference will not be present when the servo motor is sending signals. The MPL-B4560F-MK24AA low-inertia servo motor comes with a multi-turn high-resolution encoder, and it does not have a shaft seal or kit, but it does include a circular bayonet and a 24 Volts DC brake.
