The low-inertia MPL servo motor features improved winding insulation material for ensuring enhanced thermal management as well as enhanced heat transfer. This results in high motor performance. The innovative winding technology ensures a higher torque capacity by a rate of about 40%, compared to the conventional motors. The MPL-B520K-SJ72AA servo motor has been designed to ensure that it meets the demanding requirements of high-performance motion systems. It features a 165 millimeters frame size. The relative humidity range for the servo motor is 5 to 95%, non-condensing, while the ambient storage temperature range is rated at -30 to 70 degrees Celsius. The MPL-B520K-SJ72AA should always be stored in a non-corrosive environment.

Electromagnetic interference (EMI) can cause poor performance in the MPL-B520K-SJ72AA servo motor because of induced stray signals. It is necessary that the users ensure isolation of the power transformers to prevent the EMI from affecting the performance of the servo motor.
