The MPL-B580J-SJ72AA motor is a brushless servo motor with low inertia. This MP-series motor is manufactured by Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation and it is part of the Kinetix product family. The Kinetix motors have high output and they have a simple design that helps to reduce their size while maintaining their full torque capabilities. These motors are compact  in size and they meet the requirements of high-performance motion systems. The series provides different frame sizes, continuous stall torque from 0.26 to 163 N-m, brake options, feedback options, standardized connectors, and different mounting options. The MPL-B580J-SJ72AA low-inertia brushless AC synchronous motor is CE-marked, CSA approved, and UL recognized. This motor is made for professional systems and very demanding industrial operating conditions.

The Allen-Bradley MPL-B580J-SJ72AA brushless servo motor has a voltage class of 400 Volts and frame size of 165 millimeters. The unit has a torque rating of 34 N-m and an armature voltage of 460 Volts. This component has a magnet stack length of 203.2 millimeters (8 inches) and its enclosure features a shaft key without a shaft seal. The unit has a rated speed of 3750 RPM but the series provides models with speeds of up to 8000 RPM. The MPL-B580J-SJ72AA servo motor comes with circular connectors of the SpeedTec DIN type.
