The TL-A220P-HJ32AN is an Allen-Bradley manufactured Servo motor from the Kinetix TL series. This servo motor is a Brushless AC Synchronous Servo Motor installed with High-energy Neodymium-Iron-Boron (NeFeB) magnets. It is designed with a compact assembly, providing low0inertia output and high-torque density. It also supports Allen-Bradley’s Smart Motor Technology wherein motor identity can be saved within its memory and monitoring of health and performance for preventive maintenance can be implemented. The TL-A220P-HJ32AN features compatibility with Kinetix 5100, Kinetix 5300, Kinetix 3 servo drives. It features a 70 mm frame, magnet stack length of 20, rated and maximum speed of 5000 RPM. The integrated feedback encoder is a 2000 lines/revolution, incremental encoder. It has an IP65 rated housing, a keyed shaft however, shaft seal is separately available. This servo motor is ideal for use in motion control requirements of different industries such as Robotics, Material handling, X-Y tables, Specialty machinery, Semiconductor manufacturing, Medical/laboratory equipment, Light packaging machines and Office machinery. Due to its compact form and high-level of default protection, this servo motor can be installed in tight spaces. The TL-A220P-HJ32AN’environmental rating can reach up to IP65 rating when used with an appropriate shaft seal. This servo motor supports use of fast connect and secured cables such as 2090-DANPT-16Sxx (standard, non-flex) power cables 2090-DANBT-18Sxx (standard, non-flex) brake cables (optional), and 2090-DANFCT-Sxx (standard, non-flex) feedback cables. Optional components that may be added to this servo motor includes shaft seal kit with catalog number TL-SSN-2 and 24 VDC holding brake to implement dynamic braking.
