The TL-A410M-BJ32AA is a low-inertia servo motor that belongs to the TL Series of servo motors. This servo motor has been designed and manufactured by Allen-Bradley. Low-inertia servo motors are used for applications that require a high level of performance, preserving the size of the motor. This servo motor offers a high-torque density and it has a superior stator design. The Allen-Bradley TL-A410M-BJ32AA low-inertia servo motor has a voltage rating of 230 Volts AC and a rated speed of 4500 RPM. The Allen-Bradley TL-A410M-BJ32AA low-inertia servo motor features a multi-turn absolute encoder that comes equipped with a battery and an IP65 housing that includes a shaft key. This enclosure provides a level of protection equivalent to a NEMA 4 enclosure, which protects the device against dust particles that might threaten to enter the unit and impede correct functioning.

The Allen-Bradley TL-A410M-BJ32AA low-inertia servo motor has a standard factory option. When mounting this motor, there is a series of requirements that must be met in order to achieve the maximum potential of the servo motor. Cables must be shielded and signal and power cables must be separated in order to avoid electromagnetic interference, the ends of the cables must be grounded. Clearances must be left around the device in order to allow proper ventilation and to let the motor operate within its temperature range. The maximum ambient air temperature allowed around the servo motor ranges from 0 to 40 degrees Celsius. Before starting up the Allen-Bradley TL-A410M-BJ32AA low-inertia servo motor, it must be properly mounted and aligned. Mounting the motor minimizes the risk of contact with dust and liquids.
