The TLY-A2540P-HK64AA servo motor is an Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation low-inertia servo motor from the TLY and TL Servo Motors series. It comes with an IP 65 rated aluminum enclosure, but no shaft key or shaft seal. An optional shaft key can be installed on the TLY-A2540P-HK64AA low-inertia servo motor to provide it with a higher degree of protection from liquids and dust. This servo motor has a voltage rating of 230 Volts AC and its special built-in holding brake has a voltage rating of 24 Volts DC. The TLY-A2540P-HK64AA low-inertia servo motor can operate at temperatures between 0 and 40 degrees Celsius and it can be stored or transported at -10 and 85 degrees Celsius.

The TLY-A2540P-HK64AA is a low-inertia servo motor manufactured by Allen-Bradley. The Allen-Bradley TLY-A2540P-HK64AA servo motor is part of the TLY Series of servo motors. The Allen-Bradley TLY-A2540P-HK64AA servo motor features a 24 Volts DC brake, 2.94 N-m torque rating, a 4-magnet stack length, 5000 RPM of rated speed, 2000 revolution/lines feedback, and 200 Volts AC voltage rating. The Allen-Bradley TLY-A2540P-HK64AA servo motor is contained in an IP65 housing. Mechanical connections to the Allen-Bradley TLY-A2540P-HK64AA servo motor shaft, for example, pulleys and couplings require a reinforced timing belt and a torsionally permanent coupling. The pulleys, couplings, and belts may slip or loosen over time due to the Allen-Bradley TLY-A2540P-HK64AA servo motor’s high dynamic performance. Connections which are loose or slipping may lead to instability and distort the Allen-Bradley TLY-A2540P-HK64AA servo motor shaft.

Rigid connections should be used between the system and the Allen-Bradley TLY-A2540P-HK64AA servo motor shaft to obtain the desired response from the system.
