The Allen-Bradley VPL-B1003C-CK14AA is part of the Allen-Bradley VP low-inertia motor series which can be used with drives from the Kinetix 5500 series and dual-axis inverters from the Kinetix 5700 series. The Kinetix VP low-inertia motors offer optimized sizing, leading to increased energy efficiency and lower costs. Other features include a shaft-end threaded hole, single and multi-turn feedback encoders, and 400 Volts or 200 Volts rated windings. The motors support up to 8000 RPM of rotating speed and 0.19 to 7.16 kW of output power.
The VPL-B1003C-CK14AA comes with a keyless shaft and a 24 Volts DC holding brake. It connects to the drive via a 325 degrees rotatable SpeedTec Right Angle DIN Connector. An 18-bit single-turn digital high-resolution encoder is provided for accurate feedback. The maximum magnet stack length is 3 and the frame size is 100 millimeters.
